The 21 Day Fix is probably one of our most popular programs and there are some really great reasons why...IT WORKS!!!
This system takes exercise and eating clean and wholesome foods together for some really AMAZING results!
My clients who purchased the 21 Day Fix program have lost anywhere from 7lbs - 10lbs in the first 21 Days, fall in love with the system and repeat it for months! And I have watched clients lose up to 70lbs on this program! Seriously, AMAZING!

How the container system works:
In the system you get containers:
Green = Vegetables
Red = Protein
Purple = Fruits
Yellows = Complex Carbs
Blues = Healthy Fats
Orange = Oils/dressings
tablespoons = nut butters
The book includes a list of acceptable whole, clean foods that fit into the system. Greens for instance - spinach, broccoli, green beans...the Red - Shakeology, lean meats, tofu, and so on!
Oh, and when I say whole, clean foods - I mean fresh fruits and vegetables - or frozen...not canned! Yellows will include whole grains like - whole wheat tortillas and wine. Yes, I said wine! Haha! Wine is approved - but in moderation.
How you figure out your container allotment:
Your
container allowance per day is calculated based on your weight and the average
of 400 calories burned per fix workout. Then you are given a range you
need to stay in!
For me, I am in the 1,200 to 1,499 calorie range! That
gives me 3 green (veggies) 2 purple (fruits), 4 Red (protein) 2 Yellow (carbs) 1 Blue (fats) 1 Orange (oils) 2 spoons (nut butters,
olive oil).
I have not been eating out of the containers, but I measure and pour onto my plate. Surprisingly each time I do that I am amazed with how much food I am still eating.
You do get the option to drink milk, soy milk, almond milk, coconut water, coconut milk and fruit juices but you have to sub out a yellow container and you are only allowed them 3 times per week! So it does make you rethink your drink.
What to Eat, Recipes:
There is a great restaurant guide to help you on the nights you want someone else to do your cooking! I like that they give you a list of restaurant foods and what containers that they will check off. For example cheese and veggie pizza (1/4 of 12inch slice) is 2 yellow, 1 orange and 1 green!
So now the hard part is figuring out how to keep track of all this and make it work for you! Luckily we have made it easy for you! On the Team Beachbody site there are tracking sheets that you can put your container allowance at the top and you can tally each meal of the day and check of what you have! This really gives you a visual to follow. We also have this FREE 21 Day Fix App for your phone - if you are like me and carry your phone everywhere, then this makes it super easy to track!
The 21 Day Fix comes with 7 workouts. Each workout is 30 minutes in length. It gives you a good variety, so if you are like me, you will not get bored. The workouts are strength training, cardio, yoga and Pilates. Each workout has a modifier, I find some days I modify more than others. Sometimes I modify the modifier. You have to listen to your body and go with what you are able to do!
Oh, and if you order from me, you get a bonus workout too!
What do you need for this workout?
Light and heavy set of dumbbells or resistance bands. A
yoga mat is also recommended. And plenty of water!
