Working mom work outs

As a working mom I struggle with having the time to myself - let alone working out.  But just a few minutes a day can be beneficial. 
 
Below is a link to a QUICK workout that you can do at your desk.  And if you are worried that you may get some weird looks, encourage your office mates to join you...OR pick a couple to try.
